3. Is lunch provided at the congress?

Catering: the registration fee include 5 meals during the congress: dinner buffet on 30th, lunch buffet on 22, 23, welcome dinner banquet on 1st, dinner on 2nd.
Hotel accommodation: Expense not include. Please visitHotel Information。

4. Do I receive a refund if I cancel my registration for the congress?

Yes. We will process refunds for cancellations received by Nov 15, 2011. Refunds normally take 4–6 weeks to show on your account. Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel after the deadline will forfeit their registration fees. Organizing Committee reserves the right to cancel simultaneous interpretation if the minimum oversea registration is not met. Registration fees for canceled events will be refunded.

5. What should I do on Registration Day?

Please come to Registration Desk and receive your congress knits including documentary, meal coupon and badge.

6. Can I bring my family to congress?

Yes. We have the following arrangement for family-oriented social activities:

－Itinerary
1st 9:30 AM free bus to Expo., pay one's own Expo entrance ticket.
1st 18:30 PM Congress welcome banquet.
2nd City tour in Xiamen, Tickets can be purchased at the Registration Desk.

－Registration Fee for companies: USD 450.00
－Children under 6 are free.
