Dear PMTC 2011 Participant,

It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to Xiamen and to PMTC 2011, China's largest and most important international conference on the road maintenance.

The prosperity of china's economy brought great opportunities for global investors and suppliers. With the high speed development of China road construction, road maintenance and preservation and evaluation has became the most important issue of industry.

Over the past 4 years, PMTC have assembled leaders from business, government, academia, and the research community from around the world to discuss how best to meet the sustainability challenges of the industry. We promoted international communication, introducing the leading ideas and technologies, developed the technical standard by cooperation and sharing. Then successfully make the event a best place for the road maintenance industry.

We are pleased to see that more and more participants coming. What makes PMTC a unique event and experience are the ideas, insights, and practical solutions that you bring to it, and the heart and enthusiasm to make the road better.
